WARNING: PROCEEDING TO THIS BLOG POST MAY RESULT IN BABY FEVER

Baby fever. Per Merriam-Webster, baby fever is the longing that some people experience relating to the desire of having a child of their own. I can say, without a doubt, that my evening spent with baby Stella sure did kick my baby fever into overdrive!

Parents wait months to meet their bundle of joy! They prep the nursery, brainstorm potential names, eagerly await the gender reveal, and soak in life as they know it knowing that life is about to get a little more hectic but so much richer! Once the baby arrives, it’s our job as photographers to help capture their little personalities and all the newborn details!

Planning a newborn session is a little different than others because- babies work on THEIR schedule! It is 100% up to them (kind of hard to take pictures of a newborn who is still womb-side). When Stella made her way into this world, schedules were tight to get this session completed.

We captured these photos as the sun was fading (and then gone), but I could not be more obsessed with these pictures of sweet Stella!

Amy and William, you are absolutely killing this parenting gig! You all are absolute naturals, and I felt during the whole session how much love this little girl is surrounded with already! Thank you for giving me the chance to snuggle Miss Stella and capture photographs of her first few days that go by so quickly but will be cherished forever!
