Nicole and Lou's Maternity Session
One of the great things about being a photographer in Charleston is having the Capitol to act as a gorgeous background, but who is even looking at that because miss Marie definitely stole the show! Marie is about to get an upgrade to big sister, and she is already killing this new role!
Smith/Walls family session
For the Walls/Smith families, this place has their whole heart. It’s where love started and date nights continue, where fun days on the river with friends turn into long nights around the campfire with those that turned into chosen family, and where children have the freedom to be kids while simultaneously starting to gain independence. This is Camp LS. This is more than real estate, this is a piece of them.
Casey Family Session
Rock-skipping. It seems easy enough, right? Wrong! To say it's an art I have never mastered would be an understatement. I can maybe get two skips. Three, and I'm thinking I should be entered into some kind of river rock-skipping tournament.
Storytelling through photos is a passion of mine, and while I love meeting and interacting with new faces, it’s also special when you get to photograph your friends!
One of the great things about being a photographer in Charleston is having the Capitol to act as a gorgeous background, but who is even looking at that because miss Marie definitely stole the show! Marie is about to get an upgrade to big sister, and she is already killing this new role! She was such a trooper and smiled during the entire session, especially when she happened to see a plane or a train in the distance. She LOVED snacks, and would say “more goldFISH” in the sweetest, high-pitched little voice! What I loved most, however, was that between pictures she loved to give fist bumps, and made sure to even fist bump the bump! HOW SWEET IS THAT?!
The sunrise at Swallow Falls this day made for the perfect setting albeit quite the chilly morning. Shianne was tough, in her partially open-back dress and wedges. Ryan stated he was “chilly” while Shianne was “numb.”
Frigid, winter wind whipping in our faces. Snow flurries, not enough to stick or make the ground slick, but the kind that makes you cold to the core. Doesn’t this seem like PERFECT weather for photographs? The Wolfe family was brave enough to face the elements. Therefore, this session is brought to you by cold noses, warm blankets, and snuggles between snaps of the camera!
